An active card is only one part of your eligibility. The MMUR must also show an active physician certification and enough available recommendation for the route you are purchasing. Florida calculates availability using rolling purchase periods, so amounts return gradually rather than resetting all at once. Log in to the MMUR to view your current amount available. Questions about your certification or dosage should be directed to your physician; questions about your Registry card should be directed to the OMMU.
No appointment is required. Walk-ins are welcome during regular store hours, or you can order online before your visit for faster pickup.
Your MMUR identification card is issued by the State of Florida and must be renewed annually. Your physician certification and orders come from your qualified physician and determine which product routes and amounts you may purchase. Both must be active before we can dispense an order.
Yes. A caregiver who is officially designated in the Medical Marijuana Use Registry may purchase products for their connected patient. The caregiver must have an active caregiver identification card and appropriate photo ID. Only a registered caregiver may purchase for a patient under 18.
Indiva is a licensed Florida medical marijuana dispensary. To purchase cannabis, you must be a qualified Florida patient or registered caregiver with an active Medical Marijuana Use Registry identification card and an open physician order. Florida does not accept medical marijuana cards issued by other states.
Begin by meeting with a qualified Florida physician. If the physician determines that you qualify, they will add you to the Medical Marijuana Use Registry and enter your certification. You can then apply for your Registry identification card through the Florida OMMU. Your Registry card and physician certification are separate and must each remain active.
Bring your active Florida MMUR identification card and a government-issued photo ID. If your application was recently approved and your physical card has not arrived, your OMMU approval email may temporarily serve as your Registry card when presented with photo identification.
